Our online game collects a minimum amount of personal data:

 

• An account identifier from the platform holder, depending on the device you are accessing the game from (i.e., GameCenter, Steam, Google account, PlayStation ™Network, Xbox Network).
• Your country.
• Your general location (via your IP address).
• Your general age range.
• A unique user ID is assigned to you, to track your use of our game. This unique user ID is stored in connection with your other information.

 

We only collect data to keep our game running properly, for example:

• To allow you to log in to your game account and resume your progress.
• To ensure the content you see in the game is age appropriate.
• To allow you to prove your identity when you contact our player support team.
• To allow the game to operate properly (i.e., grouping players by region for matchmaking)
• To allow you to communicate with other users in the game, including displaying your friends that are also playing the game.

 

We do not use any of the collected personal data for advertising, marketing, or other analytics.

 

We never share the collected data with any other party.

 

The data is stored on our game servers in the United States.

 

You can request to view, edit or delete any personal information stored in your in-game account by emailing us at info@hadesstar.com

 

We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties. We store the information collected in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public. We regularly scan and update our systems against malware and against vulnerabilities as they become known. We encrypt information during network transport using industry-standard methods.

 

Our Terms of Service disallow anyone under the age of 13 to use our game. Further, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you are asked to not directly send any personal information to us, including name, address, telephone number or email address. If you believe we may have any personal information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us at info@hadesstar.com. In the event that we learn from any source that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
